The cheapest shipping option we offer is with Fedex Ground. This service is only for orders within the Continental US (excluding PO Boxes, APO, Alaska, and Hawaii). This service takes about 5 to 7 business days.
All international shipments and shipments to Alaska,Hawaii, and APO addresses are sent through the US Postal Service (USPS). On average this shipments are expected to take 5 to ten business days. All of our shipments are insured. (These shipment times may be delayed during the busy seasons: fall and winter)
Rush shipping is available through US Postal Sevice; additional charges will apply.
Returns and Exchanges
Each muslin you purchase comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. (shipping/handling fees excluded)
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item to us you must contact us within 10 of receiving it. Items will not be accepted without prior contact and an RMA#. A refund, credit, or exchange will be issued once the item has been returned to us. All returned items that are received after the 30 period are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
If you are exchanging, we will notify you via email once we have received your returned product and will send the exchange immediately. You can expect to see your new item within 6-10 business days thereafter. (We do not refund the shipping unless the return was as a result of our error.)
Return items in their original packaging with a copy of your receipt. Please contact us for a return address.
